Sagle delivered a beautiful, high-quality building, meeting all expectations on time and within budget. Throughout the entire project, their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence were clearly evident.

Sagle Constructions has delivered high-quality industrial asset within time and cost constraints for the Building 2 and the Estate, through a collaborative approach with IFM and their team during the design and construction process concurrently with tenant design and engagement.

Sagle demonstrated a strong commitment through the design and construction process to align the base build requirements outlined in the Principal Project Requirements (PPR) and the agreed Developer obligations contained within the Agreement for Lease. This extended beyond their base building obligations and included specific and detailed consideration for the anticipated fit-out and any associated loose FF&E equipment specifications or requirements the tenant sought to overlay.

The most notable values I experience in working with Sagle are their attention to detail, innovative and considered design solutions, their focus on the facility’s end use and tenant requirements ensuring these are factored into the design phase and construction methodology.

As a developer the integration of future tenant needs and technical specifications is critical, and Sagle’s expertise is design results in these being factored into the base build. This results in less rework following handover, reduced costs and expedited occupancy by our tenants. By Sagle ensuring the future fitout and ultimate end use is factored into the design phase and construction methodology makes for a seamless and integrated project delivery.

We have always been very pleased with the friendly and professional approach of Sagle Constructions, so much so we engaged them for a second warehouse/office project a few years after the first.

Completed January 2018, this development of a childcare facility on Marion Road for G8 Education (Australia’s largest listed childcare provider) was our first engagement with Sagle. We were very pleased with the outcome, in terms of both the process and the quality of the construction. We have since engaged with Sagle on several new projects in the childcare and health sectors.

We engaged Sagle Constructions to handle our building project as we believed they had the experience and ability to take charge from the very beginning. This included land acquisition assistance, remediation, planning options, planning approvals, construction options to suit our business all executed through to completion with a very professional and high standard of workmanship. A decision was made in December 2016 to consolidate and relocate our precision CNC machine facility to Mawson Lakes. The challenge was to design, construct and achieve occupancy for an 1800 square metre facility by 30 June 2017. With support and guidance from Sagle Constructions, a state of the art, high-energy efficiency building was designed and constructed in a breakneck 21 week program, completed ahead of schedule. This could not have been achieved without the help of the Sagle’s team: they were not only responsive but went beyond the letter of the contract to deliver a first class facility to help Ellex to achieve its goal. Our staff are very happy with our new facilities and enjoy the environment we have in Mawson Lakes Tech Park.
