A decision was made in December 2016 to consolidate and relocate our precision CNC machine facility to Mawson Lakes. The challenge was to design, construct and achieve occupancy for an 1800 square metre facility by 30 June 2017. With support and guidance from Sagle Constructions, a state of the art, high-energy efficiency building was designed and constructed in a breakneck 21 week program, completed ahead of schedule. This could not have been achieved without the help of the Sagle’s team: they were not only responsive but went beyond the letter of the contract to deliver a first class facility to help Ellex to achieve its goal. Our staff are very happy with our new facilities and enjoy the environment we have in Mawson Lakes Tech Park.
