Sagle Group appoints Chief Financial Officer

ADELAIDE, SA: Sagle Group (Sagle) has appointed Leanne Allen as Chief Financial Officer, commencing 1 June 2026.

An experienced executive and Fellow Chartered Accountant, Leanne brings more than 25 years of finance, governance and commercial leadership experience, including 15 years in the property sector and involvement in major South Australian projects.

Her background spans strategic financial leadership, planning, forecasting, reporting and decision support, along with deep experience across residential, community, industrial, commercial and retail asset classes. She has led complex funding and transaction work, stakeholder negotiations, and the development of governance and reporting frameworks that enhance financial visibility and support informed decision-making.

Leanne is recognised for combining strong technical expertise with a practical, hands-on approach, helping businesses build robust financial capability and achieve better commercial outcomes. Sagle Managing Director Daniel Lees said the appointment represents a pivotal step for the business.

In her role, Leanne will oversee Sagle’s financial strategy and operations, working closely with and strengthening the existing finance team. She will focus on performance, governance, cash flow management, forecasting, reporting and long-term value creation, and will partner with the leadership team to support strategic planning and provide the commercial insight needed to guide decision-making.
