Purpose built facility featuring a clear span structural steel warehouse with 10m high precast concrete panels on the boundary.
The main warehouse structure was designed using a fabricated welded truss spanning 34m to allow free movements internally. The two-story office space was constructed using a prefabricated steel stud framing system with a 75mm Hebel Power floor system to the first floor.
