Extension and renovation of Transport Refrigeration Services head office
After eight months on site, we have achieved practical completion of the head office and workshop for Transport Refrigeration Services (TRS).
The development included a dedicated wash bay, fully equipped workshop, amenities block, car parking, a complete office fit-out, and an upper-level mezzanine lunchroom.
Delivered as an extension to the existing facility, the project comprises 2,113 m² of building area and 1,500 m² of pavement.
This project included the construction of a 20-metre clear span wash bay, seamlessly integrated with the existing superstructure. Additional features include a 23-metre-span 5-tonne gantry crane, burnished concrete slabs, and heavy-duty trailer parking bays designed to support high-volume heavy vehicle access.
Valued at $2.6 million, the facility can now support TRS's continued growth and operations across South Australia.
