This new United Rentals facility in Burton, delivered for Geelan Property Group, is a $7.8M development featuring 2,780m² of offices and workshops with 10,600m² of hardstand. The site includes training areas, a spray booth & wash bay for equipment maintenance and car parking, all designed to support smooth, efficient operations.
Purpose‑built for a busy industrial environment, this facility adds another strong location to United Rentals’ network of more than 60 branches across Australia and New Zealand.
A defining moment of the build was our largest concrete pour to date, a 1,500m2 joint-free "combi" external slab, designed to withstand the loads from 32T steel tracked excavators.
Another key milestone was the early occupation of 4,000m2 of hardstand, allowing Untied Rentals to commence temporary operations while works were still underway.
