$30 million food processing facility for Safcol Australia
Sagle are delivering a new state‑of‑the‑art facility in Edinburgh for Safcol Australia, an iconic business born in South Australia.
The $30 million development will feature 24,000 m² of climate-controlled production and food processing facilities, supported by integrated warehousing and both ground and first floor office spaces. The design also incorporates provisions for future expansion, ensuring long-term operational flexibility.
With dedicated goods-in and goods-out areas, the facility is designed to maintain strict temperature control throughout the entire supply process, enabling full cold chain capability.
Additional features include five recessed loading docks and on-grade side loading to support efficient logistics and distribution. Thoughtfully designed across a total site area of 58,000 m², the facility will deliver seamless, high-quality operations from end to end.
We look forward to delivering this facility in partnership with Safcol Australia, with completion expected for August 2027.
