
Stage 2 of our project with Realside Ovest at the Salisbury South Business Park marks the final chapter in the development of this high‑performing industrial precinct.
What started as a vision for a premium, future‑focused business park has now reached full completion. This $11 million stage delivers serious capability, featuring a 10,500 sqm warehouse supported by two office spaces, plus more than 11,300 sqm of pavements and car parking.
The design is built for functionality, with 4x10 tonne gantry cranes, a burnished concrete floor and 14 m wide roller doors that allow B-Double access and seamless movement in and out of the warehouse.
With this final milestone now complete, the precinct is fully realised and ready for its new tenant to move in and make the most of this standout industrial address.
