Oilpath Hydraulics’ new Adelaide headquarters was completed in 2025, delivering a purpose-built office and warehouse overlooking the Tonsley Tech Precinct. The $6.2 million development comprises a 2,650 m² building footprint and 2,287 m² of paved external works, incorporating a new warehouse and a two-storey office with a striking architectural façade and terrace. High-spec finishes throughout the office reflect the quality and professionalism of the business.
The facility includes fully integrated services to support Oilpath’s specialist machinery. From the outset, we committed to managing both the cost and delivery of this critical equipment, a promise fulfilled through a 12-month program comprising three months of design and nine months of construction.
