This Design and Construct project brought together two compartmented warehouses and a two-storey office, creating a strong and cohesive presence along the front elevation. The warehouses were built using 200 mm thick, 12 m high precast concrete panels and linked with specialist-engineered clear-span welded trusses and structural steel.
The scope included a new driveway and carpark, supported by a large-volume stormwater treatment and detention system designed to handle the site’s long-term needs.
Inside, timber stairs, but-jointed glass, a refined partition suite and generous open-plan office brings colour, light and energy into the workspace.
