New Design Construct two-storey dental surgery including 6 x fully functional surgery rooms, Lab, OPG, Sterilisation room and consulting rooms. Superstructure comprising of precast concrete and steel clad externally with a combination of Aluminum, Mondoclad and Cemental with exposed fixings.
The site posed some access challenges that resulted in the main floor plate constructed on level one to allow for drive though access of Port Road.
The design package was driven and managed by the Sagle project team in conjunction with the client to ensure key internal design details were delivered in key client facing zones.
Sagle’s project team was responsible for negotiation with council to appease the requirements of the Category 2 Assessment.
