Sagle was engaged by Leyton Property to deliver the new flagship home for Australian Clinical Labs, the most technologically advanced pathology laboratory in South Australia.
The $15 million facility is located within the Airport Business District at Adelaide Airport. The 2,500sqm purpose-built laboratory includes state-ofthe- art pathology facilities, as well as a two-storey administration office, warehousing and 133 car parks for staff and visitors.
The project was a complex undertaking requiring detailed documentation, coordination, site management and integration of multiple building services.
