Sagle was engaged to design and construct the facility including an industrial precast dado wall which forms the main structure with metal Colorbond cladding above. A 6000m2 clear span warehouse allows logistics flexibility integrated with a 5m cantilevered unloading canopy.
The project also included compressed loading docks to one entry point. A small office was constructed at the main entry to the site with corporate branding integrated into the FC/ Alucobond Facade.
