Through the successful delivery of buildings 3 and 4, building 5 was directly negotiated with MOTO projects and constructed for ISPT without a tenant at the time of contract execution.
Burnished finish internal floors, dado wall construction, prefabricated office framing, loading canopies and heavy duty external pavements were the main components of the build.
Charles Sturt Industrial Estate features 20 industrial tenancies spanning a total of 91,000 sqm. The final development phase, which began in 2020 and reached practical completion in 2024, encompasses seven warehouses totalling 37,000sqm which were built by Sagle Constructions.
