Our first project for ISPT in the Charles Sturt Industrial Estate was delivered in partnership with MOTO Projects for naval defence company MacTaggart Scott.
Constructed in line with the ISPT Design Brief, the facility also integrated specific tenant requirements including clean spaces and gantry cranes.
Burnished internal floors, dado wall construction, prefabricated office framing, loading canopies and heavy duty external pavements formed the core of the build.
The integration of a second tenant during construction required careful coordination by the project team, demonstrating our ability to navigate complexity and deliver strong outcomes for all stakeholders.
It became a project that not only set the tone for our work within the estate, but showcased the value of adaptability, collaboration and thoughtful construction.
Charles Sturt Industrial Estate features 20 industrial tenancies spanning a total of 91,000 sqm. The final development phase,
which began in 2020 and reached practical completion in 2024, encompasses seven warehouses totalling 37,000sqm which
were built by Sagle Constructions.
Sagle Constructions supported IFM with changes to Landlord works and integrated fit outs for customers such as Rohlig,
Aerobond, Wilson Bradley, MacTaggart Scott, JB Hi-Fi, Ironman 4x4, Hare and Forbes and GPC/Repco.
IFM has been pleased to work with Sagle Constructions throughout the process allowing the building to be leased within
the projects time constraints
