Design and construction of a custom manufacturing and administration facility for BlueScope Steel, delivered on behalf of Leyton Property.
The project includes a state‑of‑the‑art administration building that showcases BlueScope’s core product range, including the perforated Aramax system and the Fielders Finesse range, integrating brand and built‑form outcomes.
Overhead travelling gantry cranes were a critical component of the design, supporting BlueScope’s internal process flow and enabling efficient transfer of materials to the external racking system for distribution.
All elements of the facility were carefully considered to maximise operational efficiency and increase production output. Despite the challenges of delivery during the COVID period, the project was completed on time within a 12‑month construction program.
