Sagle recently completed construction of a $3m warehouse and office for Airefrig Australia in Wingfield SA.
The warehouse is one of 12 owned by the Australian refrigeration wholesale distribution company.
The building was constructed using concrete precast panels and structural steel with the exterior featuring frameless ‘supergrey’ glazing.
Internal finishes include fully insulated ceiling below mezzanine floor with grid ceilings and internal aluminium glass office partitions.
Sagle Constructions Business Director Gary Lees said Sagle was proud to partner with such a respected family owned business.
“Airefrig’s delivery model and the way they do business is much like ours – built on trust, integrity, hard work and a commitment to provide exceptional customer service. Their daughters are involved, much like our sons are and they take great pride in what they deliver.”
“We formed a great working relationship, understood their needs and were able to be flexible to accommodate the changes required. Their understanding of the process made it a positive and successful experience – it really highlighted the value of a true design and construct project.”
Airefrig Australia Managing Director Bill Treby said, “We engaged Sagle Constructions to handle our building project as we believed they had the experience and ability to take charge from the very beginning.”
“This included land acquisition assistance, remediation, planning options, planning approvals, construction options to suit our business all executed through to completion with a very professional and high standard of workmanship.”
“As we reside in Western Australia, we must commend Sagle’s exceptional communication and advice received during this project.”
