Sagle has treated key project stakeholders including the end users to a special preview of the new $15 million home for Pathology Specialists, Australian Clinical Labs (ACL), which is currently being constructed at Adelaide Airport’s Business District.
Representatives from ACL and Leyton Property, together with the Sagle project team, enjoyed a BBQ and behind the scenes tour of the facility, which is due to open in November, four weeks ahead of schedule.
The get together was a chance to walk the space and get a feel for the operational layout of the facilty
Sagle Constructions General Manager Daniel Lees said, “The project has been a complex undertaking requiring detailed documentation, coordination, site management and integration of multiple building services.”
“We are pleased to be tracking ahead of schedule and are full of praise for our project team and their commitment to deliver this important facility.”
Sagle was engaged by Leyton Property to build the new facility, which upon completion, will become the most technologically advanced pathology laboratory in South Australia.
The 2,500sqm purpose-built laboratory will include state-of-the-art pathology facilities, as well as modern staff accommodation, warehousing and 133 car parks for staff and visitors.
