This industrial facility was developed for Centuria Industrial REIT over a 12‑month design and construct program. The project spans more than 20,900sqm across three warehouse units and three architecturally designed, two‑storey offices, along with associated carparks.Â
Warehouse C includes 9,920sqm of burnished concrete flooring and two double loading docks fitted with four dock levellers. Warehouses A and B follow with 5,640sqm and 4,320sqm respectively, including an additional double loading dock to support high‑volume logistics and streamlined operations.
Each tenancy is complemented by a dedicated office featuring full‑height glazing, stone finishes to kitchens and amenities, lift access, along with exposed aggregate alfresco areas.
This project sets a new benchmark for industrial facilities in the northern growth corridor, completed to the highest standards, on time and on budget.
