Building on a successful relationship with the Maughan Theim Group, Sagle was engaged to design and construct a new state-of-the-art showroom for Maughan Thiem Kia.
The project was designed to meet Kia’s style guide specifications and features striking 4.6m high doubleglazed aluminium windows which form the front of the showroom along with alucobond facias and a branded curved canopy.
Regular communication with all members of the project team was necessary throughout the entire construction process to ensure Kia’s changing requirements were met and the correct finishes were delivered without significant timeline impacts.
Sagle’s project team was responsible for negotiation with council to appease the requirements of the Category 2 Assessment.
