This project delivered a complete fit out and transformation of an existing building into three individual shop tenancies. Each space was reshaped with care to create functional, welcoming and adaptable environments ready for future businesses to make their own.
A new full-height precast concrete warehouse was constructed on the same site. Its expressed-joint cladding and commercial aluminium windows and doors give the development a strong and contemporary edge.
