Fassina Liquor Para Hills

 

We transformed an ageing premise by stripping it back to its original concrete floor and rebuilding a fresh, modern envelope using structural steel and precast concrete walls, complemented by steel stud partitions, T‑Bar ceilings and refined wet areas. The façade pairs Alucobond with expressed‑joint CFC for a clean, contemporary look, while commercial aluminium windows, doors and a polished concrete floor deliver a bright, durable finish. The result is a complete rebuild and fitout brought up to the Fassina Standard, creating a functional and thoughtfully detailed new space for their Para Hills store.
