Fassina Liquor Mansfield Park

 

This project delivered a new store, warehouse and car park built with a durable structural steel frame and precast concrete walls for SA's iconic liquor brand Fassina. Complemented inside by steel stud partitions, T‑Bar grid ceilings and well‑finished wet areas, the store is thoughtfully planned to maximise flow, functionality and customer experience. The façade combines Alucobond and expressed‑joint CFC for a crisp, contemporary look, while commercial aluminium windows, automatic doors and a polished concrete floor enhance both function and presentation across the retail area, workshop storage, offices, lunchroom and display spaces.
