Design and construction of a full office refurbishment and fit‑out, delivering a contemporary and functional workplace environment. The project included feature grid ceilings with aluminium tile inserts, acoustic and feature wall cladding, custom built‑in furniture, and a high‑specification kitchen fit‑out.
Full‑height glazed office partitions were installed using the St Lucia Suite glazing system, complemented by the replacement of existing carpet with an industrial polished concrete floor. Structural steel support beams were incorporated into the existing building to enable a modern open‑plan layout, resulting in a cohesive, light‑filled and highly adaptable workspace.
